Privacy policy
This Policy describes what data is processed when using the llmka.dev gateway, why, and for how long it is retained.
1. Data processed
The operator processes only the data necessary to provide the service: email, Telegram identifier and public name, IP address, browser type, and access time. The account also stores key identifiers, balance entries, and payment history.
2. Data not stored
The operator does not store request or response contents, attached files, or generated results. Secret access keys are stored as irreversible hashes.
3. Purposes
Data is used to identify users, provide accounts, track balances, issue and revoke keys, provide support, and operate and improve the service.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on user consent and on performance of the service agreement.
5. Retention
Account data is retained during the agreement and for three years after it ends. Technical logs are retained for no more than 90 days; settlement data for three years.
6. Third parties
Data is disclosed only when required to provide a specific payment or crypto transaction or by law. It is not sold for third-party marketing.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies maintain sessions and interface settings. Disabling them may limit account functionality.
8. User rights
Users may request access, correction, blocking, deletion, or withdrawal of consent at support@llmka.dev. Account deletion ends access to keys; unused balance is refunded under the public offer.
9. Changes
The operator may update this Policy. The current version and update date are always published on this page.
